Terms of Service

Aura is operated by ALGO MEDIASOFT SRL, a company registered in Romania under unique identification code (CUI) 14306370.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Aura is currently offered to customers in the United States.

Aura uses artificial intelligence to create dating-profile photos and written profile suggestions from information and photos you provide. The current Starter package costs $19 once and includes 4 photos in the initial delivery, 12 extra photo credits (up to 16 photos total), 1 initial bio, and up to 5 custom bio rewrites. The current Complete package costs $29 once and includes 8 photos in the initial delivery, 24 extra photo credits (up to 32 photos total), 3 initial bios, and up to 6 custom bio rewrites.

Each extra photo credit creates one new photo or edits an existing photo. Your original is kept. Extra photos are created only when you choose to use a credit. Your order retains the package allowances saved when it was created; the allowances shown in your checkout and workspace apply to that order.

AI output varies. We aim for useful, natural results but do not guarantee that every output will match your preferences, be accepted by a particular dating platform, or improve matches or dating outcomes.

You keep your rights in photos and other content you submit. You grant Aura and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, process, transform, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.

By selecting Continue to secure payment with your source photos, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the person shown in every photo. You authorize Aura and its service providers to use those photos and your likeness to create the AI-generated images you request. You may not upload another person’s photos, impersonate someone, create deceptive or unlawful content, exploit minors, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or attempt to misuse or disrupt the service.

This permission is limited to providing, securing, and supporting your requested service. Accepting these Terms does not opt you into optional advertising tracking or marketing communications. Where a separate consent is required by applicable law, general acceptance of these Terms does not replace it.

Prices are shown before checkout and may change for future purchases. Aura, operated by ALGO MEDIASOFT SRL, is the seller of the service. Stripe securely processes payment-card details and payment confirmation on our behalf. Any applicable tax and the final total are shown before you authorize payment. Your purchase is complete only after successful payment confirmation.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and 1–4 usable source photos of yourself. We recommend 3–4 photos, but one is enough to continue. Delivery timing may vary with demand, provider availability, and the complexity of generation.

One extra photo credit creates one new photo or one edited version of an existing photo. The original photo is kept. Credits do not regenerate the entire package. Included bio rewrites create one alternative to the selected bio using the direction you provide. Photo credits and bio rewrites have no cash value and may not be transferred.

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We may change, pause, or discontinue features, or restrict access to protect users, comply with law, maintain security, or address misuse. We may suspend access for material violations of these Terms. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Aura is a creative profile tool, not a dating, identity-verification, employment, medical, or professional-advice service. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the extent permitted by law, Aura will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost opportunities, or conduct on third-party platforms. Our total liability arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase. These limits do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.

We may update these Terms for future use of the service. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Applicable law governs these Terms while preserving any non-waivable rights available to you.
